Druid Sport has announced the opening of its new office in Mumbai, marking the company’s first permanent base in India. This represents a major step in strategic growth and its mission to connect rightsholders with brands, businesses and audiences, specifically ahead of the FIFA 2026 World Cup.
As part of this ongoing expansion, Yojana Mohata and Madhawi Almousa will join Druid Sport in newly created positions to manage and support the agency’s international roll out.
Yojana, as Senior Partnership Executive, will lead business development and rightsholder relations for the Argentine Football Association (AFA) and oversee new commercial opportunities with rightsholders and brands across the Indian subcontinent.
Madhawi, as Sales Support Executive, will focus on commercial sales and partnerships for Druid Sport’s work with the Sports Boulevard project, one of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s landmark sports and lifestyle initiatives.
Diarmuid Crowley, CEO of Druid Sport, said "India represents an immense opportunity for our business. It’s a vibrant, fast-changing market where brands are eager to engage fans through authentic, high-value partnerships. Our proven track record, agility, and hands on approach means Druid Sport is ideally positioned to adapt and thrive in this dynamic landscape. Establishing a base in Mumbai enables us to work more closely with key Indian rightsholders and partners but also marks our first step to a broader consolidation in the region."
Pranav Mani Chinnaswamy, VP Sales of Druid Sport, added: "We’re delighted to welcome Madhawi and Yojana to the Druid Sport team. Their experience, networks, and understanding of both Indian and Saudi Arabian markets will be key in driving growth. Our vision is to blend Druid Sport’s international expertise with local intelligence; creating partnerships that deliver genuine commercial value will elevate sport’s connection to brands, and related communities across our growing international footprint."
